Founder, Director of Total Learning Centers To Serve on Dyslexia Association State Board

WEXFORD, Pa— Dr. Carol Utay, co-founder and executive director of Total Learning Centers (TLC), was recently appointed to the state board of directors of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA). Utay previously served on the board of the local branch, Western Pennsylvania IDA, since its inception nearly a decade ago. She will continue in her service to the Pittsburgh region’s group while maintaining her new duties to IDA.

The Pennsylvania Branch of The International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA), serving Pennsylvania and Delaware, provides support and information for individuals, families and educational professionals concerned with the issues of dyslexia and learning differences.
